Representation of Medical and other Professional Practices
Our office is engaged in the representation of professional practices.
In this regard, we handle the formation of the entity, the drafting of
the buy-sell agreements among owners of the P.A., the necessary
employment agreements as well as ongoing corporate and tax advice. We
work closely with the P.A.’s practice manager, the physicians as well
as the P.A.’s accountant to develop the most effective corporate and
business solutions to issues facing the practice. We serve as
co-counsel with specialists in health care law where necessary.
Generally, we handle the physicians’ estate planning which affords us
the opportunity of integrating the business goals and structure with
the client’s estate planning objectives.
