New Cutting Edge Manual Just Published for Maryland Estate Planners

Prominent Maryland estates and trusts attorney, Aryeh Guttenberg, has just authored an innovative forms and practice manual for Maryland estate planners. This new two-volume set titled The Maryland Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts Library: Forms and Practice Manual, is now available from Data Trace Publishing Company.

Mr. Guttenberg has drawn from his extensive experience to provide “cutting edge” strategies for virtually every estate planning profile, as well as the appropriate forms to implement the strategies. In fact, the manual features a comprehensive collection of over 250 forms, which are included on a CD-ROM, enabling users to expedite documents quickly and to customize an entire library of Wills and trusts. These strategies and forms include a wide array of estate tax reduction techniques such as Wills and Revocable Trusts with Bypass, QTIP, Disclaimer, and Generation Skipping Trusts which show the estate planner how to save significant taxes for all types of individuals (e.g., single, married, grandparents)in the decedent’s generation as well as future generations.

The book guides the user through an extensive selection of Wills and trusts using an easy-to-use situation-oriented format. Mr. Guttenberg addresses a multitude of client profiles and provides the appropriate guidance from the most basic will drafting techniques to the the most complex estate planning strategies. The book is intended for use by the attorney who does any estate planning work, as well as to accountants, financial planners, life insurance professionals who are called upon more and more to advise clients on areas of estate planning.
